Shipping Policy

1. Processing time
Our fulfillment partner packs orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

2. Delivery times and rates (US)
Standard shipping: most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of ordering (processing plus 2 to 5 days in transit). Rate: $4.90 flat. Free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more. Any faster options available for your address are shown at checkout with their price.

3. International
Where we ship internationally, rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. Customs fees, taxes and import duties are paid by the buyer.

4. Delays
Weather, carrier backlogs and holiday volume can add a few days. If tracking hasn't moved in a while, email us and we'll look into it.

5. Address changes
Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email info@theproperbrand.store right away. We can update it until the order ships.

6. Lost or damaged packages
Email info@theproperbrand.store with your order number (and a photo if it arrived damaged). We'll replace it or refund it.
